This 12-week journey will teach you the principles for healing and advancing yourself, which can be applied to every area of your life including your health & body.

Week 1 & 2: You and Ana will create an individualized health & lifestyle plan for you, which includes:

Week 3: Focus on optimizing your environment, so you can cultivate a holistic, fulfilling lifestyle that is right for you. Aspects of your life you may address include:
Home environment
Family life
Work life
Relationships
Hobbies and activities
Travel life & commuting
Products you use: personal care, kitchen, home, and otherwise
Week 4: This week is centered around addressing your rest and repair cycles, which include:
Optimize your wake-sleep cycles
Health protocols to repair and regenerate physiological systems, organs, and glands that need support and balance, such as your nervous system, digestion, lymphatics, bio-electromagnetic system, adrenals, and brain.
Needs for Deep Rest to enter states of Stillness and Meditation
Addressing areas of your life that need repair: relationships and work situations, included.
Week 5: Fine-tuning your health protocols and daily routines may include health protocols, cellular detox protocols, nutrition, supplements, herbs, homeopathy, exercise programs, additional healing techniques, such as Accupuncture and ROLFing recommendations.
Week 6: Address imbalances in your emotional body. You will continue to receive homework for your Right Next Step, which can include processes to advance your health, work, and relationships.
Weeks 7 & 8: In your seventh & eighth individual sessions, you will learn to understand any symptoms you are experiencing and their root causes, which can be showing up physically, emotionally, mentally, and subtly across all areas of your life, so you can heal, grow, and advance.
Weeks 9 & 10: Address and fine-tune approaches to creating change in the direction of your health, so you can grow and advance your Self-Mastery.
Week 11: Resolve imbalances in your system: physical, emotional, mental, and subtle.
Week 12: Create future trajectories in multiple areas of your life, including optimizing your health, fitness, relationships, activities, and work, holistically.
The Practicals
Synergy is 100% online. During our 12-weeks together, we will meet as a group for 60 minutes. You will also meet with Ana, 1:1 for 75 minutes per week at a scheduled time that works best for both of you.

This 12-week container will begin Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, and end May 13th.

The group class will meet every week for 60 minutes. The exact day and time is to be announced.

Each participant will meet with Ana for 90 minutes per week. Individual sessions are scheduled at a day and time that works best for both of you before the program starts. If you need to reschedule the allotted time, four day’s notice is required. 1-1 sessions do not roll over. If you need to reschedule, Ana can only guarantee different day/time for that week’s session with a four day notice.

The Investment for this program is $2,500 upfront.
